Condener motor being the outside fan motor (just vyiefirng our terminology here!) .check the fan capacitor again to make sure it is ok, if the reading goes up and down and up and down on the cap then it might be a bad cap, I get those once in a while. If the capacitor is good and it it si the right cap for the motor then check the motor, sometimes I will see people put 1075rpm motors on units that SHOULD have 825rpm motors and they can't keep up. Right size motor? M@
